Dokdo consists of forest land, land lots, and land for other use. Currently a coast guard residence, residents’ living quarters, docking facilities, and a staffed lighthouse are in use.

Residents’ Living Quarters

• Extension constructed in August 2011 (2 Residents and 2 Ulleung-gun Office staff members reside here)

Satellite Antenna

• Installed in June 2000

Coast Guard Station

• Extension constructed in August 1997
• 1 Residence building: 658m²
• Drinking well (27 tons/day)

• 1 Cable car: 300m² (1.5 ton) (From docking facility to coast guard residence)
